Pause is a small yoga retreat run by Dora Kozma. This site is where you can read about the retreats and get in touch. You can reach us any time at pausewithdora@outlook.com.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. For example, which pages people visit and how they found us. These cookies are only set after you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice. If you choose “Decline”, no analytics or advertising cookies are set, and Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals that cannot identify you.
Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage so you are not asked again. To change your mind, clear your browser’s site data for this site and the notice will appear again.

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message to Dora’s email inbox. We use these details only to reply to you and to arrange your retreat. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your asking.
The “Book Now” buttons open a WhatsApp conversation. If you message us there, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms. The same applies to any email you send us.
Inquiries and booking correspondence are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to run the retreat, plus any period required for tax or accounting records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email pausewithdora@outlook.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
